No to to be mistaken  with PADI Divemaster, the PADI Master Scuba Diver is the top of the Recreational Diver tree.  Having completed the Padi Rescue Diver course and five PADI Specialty Diver courses, you will have the skills, experience and diving knowledge to be called a master of your sport.
