Technical Diving Courses

Normoxic Trimix

The Normoxic Trimix Course is the first introductory course to using mixed gas.

 

Normoxic Trimix means the trimix contains a minimum of 20% Oxygen but Helium is used to decrease the amount of Nitrogen in the mix, allowing the trimix diver to build on their depth limits.  This course also builds experience  in conducting planned dives to a maximum of 60 metres.

 

Advanced equipment configuration, the use of computer generated dive tables, gas management and decompression systems form the basis of the Normoxic Trimix Course.

 

The training takes place over five days with a minimum of five dives
